Objectives
RC 31 promotes research and study in political philosophy. The object of the committee is to explore the logic and morality of politics from the joint perspectives of (a) underlying principles and (b) derivative public policies. The broad issues to which it attends include such questions as Tolerance, Friendship, Community, Violence, Sovereignty, Federalism, War, Peace, Terrorism, and so forth.
