We are excited to announce that IPSR Co-Editor Daniel Stockemer has been selected as a member of the International Science Council’s (ISC) Global Roster of Experts. On behalf of IPSA’s global political science community, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Daniel on this achievement.
About the Global Roster of Experts
The International Science Council plays a crucial role in ensuring that science is central to addressing the world’s most pressing issues, particularly those on the United Nations (UN) agenda. To support its growing influence within the multilateral system, the ISC has established a Global Roster of Experts, a diverse and highly qualified group of individuals worldwide who stand ready to contribute their expertise.
The Roster was established in 2024 to provide timely, multidisciplinary scientific advice to the United Nations and its member states on pressing global issues, including climate change, inequality, biodiversity loss, and public health. One of the most important aspects of the Global Roster of Experts is its diversity and representativity. The roster reflects a broad spectrum of scientific disciplines, geographies, gender, and age groups, creating a resource that is both global in scope and inclusive in nature.
