The SSK of Daejeon University Foundation Panel: Local Extinction, Shrinking City, Regional Revitalization, Social Economy and Fourth Sector

This session brings together leading international researchers and experts to share knowledge of countermeasure to the crisis of a local extinction such as regional revitalization, shrinking city, local extinction, outflow of youth population, social economy and Fourth Sector. This session will integrate the development of related science and public strategies to reduce the risk of crisis of a local extinction. To address these challenges, we are inviting interdisciplinary research papers that explore the regional development, transcending the traditional boundaries of the state, market, and civil society. We welcome diverse submissions from all fields within the humanities and social sciences, including political science, public administration, sociology, welfare, economics, education, human geography and business.
