La participación política de los jóvenes en Uruguay

The book contains the results of a research that took place last year using a three etapic-survey analysing the attitudes and behavior of young people in Uruguay. Besides the research includes the opinions of ten young political and social leaders in Uruguay. Finally, there is a brief chapter comparing the uruguayan results with the latinamerican young people according to Latinobarómetro. We concluded that young people in Uruguay has less interest in politics and more distance to political parties than the rest of the uruguayan population. Nevertheless, uruguayan young people has very strong support to democracy and the percentage of young people that is active in politics are similar to the rest of the population.
