119th IPSA Executive Committee Meeting in Monterrey, Mexico

The IPSA Executive Committee (EC) held its most recent meetings in Monterrey, Mexico from December 9 to 11, 2015. EC meetings are meant to gauge where IPSA-EC elected members stand on a variety of issues and projects, with the support of the IPSA Secretariat. The next meetings will be held in the spring of 2016.
On December 11, Professor Leonardo Morlino, past IPSA President, presented a lecture titled “Medición de la calidad de la democracia” (in Spanish) at the Escuela de Gobierno y Transformacion Publica Tecnologico de Monterrey. The lecture was open to the public.
