Early-Bird Registration Now Available for the 2025 IPSA World Congress of Political Science

Notification emails regarding the acceptance of proposals were sent on 22 January 2025. If you haven’t received the email, please check your spam folder. Register by 20 March 2025 to enjoy the early-bird discount! Please note that fees will increase on 21 March.

All participants, including session chairs, panel chairs, discussants and paper givers, must register to attend the Congress. All Congress participants must be 2025 individual IPSA members to register for the Congress.

Reduced Registration Fee
Since 2023, the IPSA World Congress registration fee has been based on the country of residence of participants. Residents of upper middle-income economies and low and lower middle-income economies have access to reduced fees to attend the World Congress.

All countries are grouped based on the World Bank statistics on gross National Income (GNI) per capita in 2022, Atlas method. Click here to see the detailed list of countries.

Registration Key Dates

• 22 January 2025: Early-bird registration starts
• 20 March 2025: Early-bird registration deadline
• 8 May 2025: Final registration deadline for all panelists

Participants not registered are withdrawn from the Congress Program. Registration must be completed online by midnight (UTC-4) on 8 May 2025 to remain in the program.
