Erratum Notice: Participation Vol.41, No.1 (August 2017)

On Page 31, the section about the Chinese Association of Political Science (Taipei) begins with “The Chinese Association of Political Science (CAPS) was founded in Nanking, capital of the People’s Republic of China, in 1932.”
It should read: “The Chinese Association of Political Science (CAPS) was founded in Nanking, capital of the Republic of China, in 1932.”
IPSA acknowledges that this editing error has political implications and extends its deepest apologies to anyone that could have been affected by this.
We have corrected the electronic (pdf) version of the issue and will circulate this Erratum notice through our media and in every future print edition of Participation Vol. 41, No.1 (August 2017) distributed.
