Biography
Oilivier Nay is Professor of Political Science at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and professor-researcher at the Centre d'études et de recherches administratives politiques et sociales. He is Invited Professor at the School of International Public Affairs (SIPA) of Columbia University in 2018. For twenty years, he has conducted research on political institutions, from the local to the international level. He is the author of scientific publications on international organizations, development assistance and the production of reform knowledge, health governance, and previously on elected politicians, assembly practices and European public policies. He also wrote in the field of history of political ideas.
