Deliberative minipublics are high on the agenda. But also Online Platforms such as DECIDIM and Consul are offering new invited space for participation. Local decision making as well as constitutional review process are characterized by a mix of online as well as offline participatory democracy (blended partcipation). What are the online and offline instruments (blended participation) implemented? What role plays generative AI. This open meeting of the DDD (Direct and Deliberative Democracy)- group is focusing on the combination of online participation and offline participation.
