Description

The Indian subcontinent, hailed as the world's largest democracy, has been following various separatist doctrines indirectly and in many places directly. Progressive policies should be formulated to correct such disparities and ensure balance in the society. These principles of division are a major factor affecting not only the social balance but also the economic balance and affect the country's productive capacity and commercial structures including foreign exchange. The purpose of any research paper is to review the socio-economic theories and how to appropriately manage the human resources of India.
